In the month of September, as we come into the fourth quarter of the year, it is time to re-evaluate the goals you created earlier in the year to help you end the year on a high note.  Are you where you expected to be earlier this year?  Is your personal and professional life in alignment with what you planned at the beginning of January?

Taking time to look over what you wanted to accomplish and reviewing how far you have come will put your year in perspective.  Reassess your goals, taking in where you started, where you are now, and what you still want to achieve, and work out a game plan to complete them.  If you still have a ways to go, plan out how you will accomplish what you have left, by breaking them down into smaller components to make them more manageable.

You may find the direction you want to work towards has changed.  By revising your goals now, you can plan out your fourth quarter by establishing new guidelines for where you envision your life today, and open yourself up for a successful end of the year.
